With a week of snow free weather we are trying to get insulation, the static panels (overhang) and the first waterproof membrane on the roof. That means the last job for Bob and his crane and a lot of wood fiber insulation cutting. There is to be 240 mm of insulation within the box structure of the roof. Then a further 100 mm over that. Then a Rothoblaas breathable membrane (TRASPIR EVO 220 monolithic) Then a gap, sheathing, a further waterproof membrane and steel.
