What a difference a month makes. Now we are all dealing with the reality of pandemic disease and doing the best we can.
Construction is considered an "essential" service. Not entirely sure why, but there it is.
Adam and his team have decided to continue for the time being, albeit trying their best to keep distancing and reducing the chances for close contact.
Covid and a liberal dose of intermittent snow has really slowed the progress but we are lucky that we are not really in a hurry.
During the snow a lot of air sealing has been done with tapes and membranes (Rothoblaas) and about 8,000 nails have been put into the roof structure that were not done at the initial stage due to time constraints. None of this makes good photos but it took plenty of time.
Also (Stairman)Jeff put permanent stair brackets (nicely made by Royal Fabrication here in Red Lodge) and temporary treads into the main stairway. The upper one to the loft to come later.

Whilst all this is going on the locals look on

House looks awesome and the new neighbors in the photo are my favorite kind.
