Now comes the good bit.
We want to raise this floor to ceiling ground floor panel first to set a reference height at the corner to which to level the remaining top of stem wall sill plates.
I am sure the last thing Novatop wants to see is their computer cut pristine panel being chiselled on!!
But any time there is an interface between CNC cut timber and as inaccurate a material as concrete there is bound to be some conflict.
Here the interface of the vertical edge of the panel and the vertical stem wall necessitated removing 4 to 6 mm of panel with chisels and a planer.
The fit turned out well though.
