Water! - Where we don't want it.

The soil engineering report said it, but we had hoped it would be otherwise. But here, 6 feet down, is liquified clay. It is like quicksand.
Fortunately it does not seem like a lot of it. We hope to put in a drain over to a nearby stream and dewater it quickly.
